Designer Heidi Onken Penney graduated from Concordia University in Mequon, WI with her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Business. After completing her design internship at City Light & Fans in Brookfield, WI she and her boyfriend at the time, Joshua C. Penney loaded what they could strategically cram pack in their cars and headed west to the land of sunshine and dreams. Heidi fou

nd a job at Expo Design Center in Roseville, CA and Josh became a conductor for Union Pacific Railroad then moved on to Aerojet as a ME in the aerospace composite field. The couple tied the knot at the ever so interesting City Museum in downtown St. Heidi is the owner of LuvArt2 Design Services and is available for hire for all your creative needs.
