The learning curve was steep, but conquering a difficult tool is easily one of the most rewarding parts of being in the shop. My goal now is to get to a point where I don’t just use the scroll saw when I have to, but when I want to, unlocking a whole new level of detail in my work.

Reason 739301 why I love being a woodworker:

Make anything you want, when you want! This particular piece was from a scrap strip that was screaming at me to forge it into a mythical weapon.

Safe to say my 10 year old self would be over the moon about this one. ⚔️

It feels like I spent years trying to cut down a tree with a butter knife, and someone finally handed me a chainsaw.

My standard palm router used to take me 20 to 30 minutes to flush trim these large circles, mainly because I had to step down the depth capacity over multiple tense passes. With this new setup? It takes 2 to 3 minutes in one effortless pass.
has done it again. This router lift and mega flush trim bit is the superhero combo I never knew I needed.
Absolute game-changer for the shop. 🛠️
