Here’s the update for you guys!

A lot going on and I’m still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to come yesterday. It’s a a pack of specialized small brass screws that will work much better for these boxes and make them last much longer.

After I drop these boxes, they will not be the last, I plan on making this product a continual item for the Nautilus shop.

Last and final problem has been solved and am now installing the new links on all 5 boxes.

For those that are interested, the original drive link that I was using was binding and locking up (especially with two of them in one box) so I had to redesign a new drive link to clear all of those marks and operate under one link.

Through my research in cantilever systems this link is called the slotted drive link. Instead of drilling two holes in the link, it is made by drilling one hole and then a long slotted space where the screw can slide back-and-forth, allowing the box to take part of the function instead of solely relying on just the link to move the trays both ways.

I now have a surefire system that is repeatable and consistent. I will announce when these boxes will be for sale tomorrow and give you guys a sneak peek at what is to come!
