Genuine Carpet Cleaner is now accepting applications. The ideal
cleaning candidate is motivated, detail oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Selected individual will work with a Floor Cleaning Specialist to provide excellent customer service to a set customer base weekly. Must be able to pass back ground checks and random drug screening.
Responsibilities:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
• Perform various cleaning duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, carpet steam cleaning, stripping / refinishing hard surface floors, tile and grout cleaning, dusting, cleaning mirrors and pressure washing.
Perform light maintenance duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization according to safety guidelines, including use of personal protective equipment
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Experience in operating cleaning equipment such as a commercial vacuum, automatic floor scrubber, carpet extractor or power washer a plus
• Ability to work a flexible retail work schedule based on department and store needs
* A high school diploma or GED, preferred
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry, preferred
Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities
•Responsible for cleanliness and care of Genuine Carpet vehicle.
•Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning.
•Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services.
•Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customers home.
•Uphold all company polices and procedures.
•Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service.
•Inform customers about and sell retail carpet cleaning products.
