LisaGray Interiors offers design consultation services with full presentations, material list and resources at an hourly rate or complete turn-key services (flat fee). OUR PROCESS:
~Call to schedule an appointment in home or via Zoom.
~We'll evaluate your goals, discuss budget, materials, colors, etc.
~We'll prepare 2-3 design concepts to include; scope of services requested, floor plan, furniture, color palette, lighting, cabinets, finish selections, etc.
~Once a plan is selected, we begin ordering and scheduling the set-up/delivery of your new look! THE MONEY YOU SPEND UP FRONT WILL COME BACK TO YOU BECAUSE IT WILL SELL FASTER. BUYERS NEED TO PICTURE HOW THEIR FURNITURE IS GOING TO LOOK, ESPECIALLY IF THE HOME HAS AWKWARD SPACES. WE ARE EXPERTS AT TAKING SELLERS FURNITURE/ACCESSORIES AND RE-INVENTING A NEW LOOK!

NOT REALLY, BUT CERTAINLY ALL THINGS NEED TO BE PACKED, CLOSET EMPTIED SO BUYER CAN SEE THE SIZE, CLOSET SIZE WILL MAKE OR BREAK A DEAL. KITCHEN MAYBE BE BEAUTIFUL BUT POTENTIAL BUYER MOVES TO THE NEXT HOME ON THEIR LIST IF CLOSET SPACE IS TOO SMALL. WE’VE ACTUALLY REMODEL SPACES JUST TO CREATE BIGGER CLOSETS.
