This is a pain in the butt. It's only taken a little over an hour and a half but we have finally gotten this bad boy put together, running calibrations on it now and then we'll see if I fixed this thing or not 😂 🤞

Finally after over 2 weeks I got my new extruder for the printer. I hope this fixes the issue but now I have to play doc...

Sometimes the printer needs new parts. This is the second nozzle I've replaced since starting all this fun stuff. The old nozzle has over 1500 hours of print time on it so it's been good to me. On to the pretty brand new one ☺️☺️☺️

Mastodon is completed and turned out really nice. It was a pain to make but it's finished. Now on to the last zord , the pterodactyl. Then the Megazord will be completed.

Printed the OG T-Rex Zord and yeah… it actually transforms.
Putting this together took me straight back to being a kid—Saturday mornings, rushing to the TV, and thinking this was the coolest thing ever. Crazy how that feeling still hits.
Got a few tweaks left, but it came out clean. Next up… the rest of the Zords. Megazord on the way.

Some of us never really grew out of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers phase… we just got older, got bills, and bought 3D printers. Seeing this morpher and the Power Coins sitting here feels like being dropped right back into Saturday morning cartoons, when life was simple and every problem looked like it could be solved with a dinosaur and a theme song.
