Chase Gilbert is the owner of Cgilly-Goods and Cgilly. He has been hand carving with his pocket knife ever since he was a boy [in Odessa, Tx]. When he was in college at the Savannah College of Art and Design [in Savannah, Ga.] he learned about Woodcut Printmaking and thats when his love for the technique started. In 2011, Chase began entering his printmaking art in contest and selling at Art Fairs

. Chase's Woodcut Printmaking has been awarded and written about in many papers including the Houston Chronicle. In 2014, Chase decided he would take a chance and order a CNC a machine to produce precision based woodcarvings for gifts. Although hand carving is his favorite, he wanted to supply the market with a new style of wood carved gifts.
