Itā€™s made with hard red wheat flour, whole wheat, stone ground rye, Queso Asadero and herbs and spices. My new favorite. I hope your day is filled with good health and delicious fresh bread

Look what I found this morning ~ a hibiscus flower. I brought in some plants a couple of weeks ago and placed them under some grow lights. Our plants are a little sad looking butā€¦our hibiscus created a bloom. Inspirational. Life and beauty can grow just about anywhere ~ we just have to provide care and attention. Iā€™m thankful we have electricity today to help keep us warm on this cold day. I have frozen sliced sourdough sandwich bread in my freezer in a freezer ziplock bag ~ itā€™s delicious when toasted. I had a slice of toast with jam and a cup of coffee earlier today. I hope you have a day of warmth and plenty of fresh bread. Peace be with you all

It was a productive week here on the homestead and farmstead. Cleared some land to grow carrots last Monday and Tuesday ~ I hope to offer some to my customers.
I also baked and sold bread, herbs, and a few eggs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I hope everyone stays warm on this chilly Saturday~ and as always I wish you peace and plenty of tasty fresh breadšŸŒø
