Another great before and after from the candle home project. This was probably the nicest bathroom we tore down however it made the space feel cramped up with all the over sized cabinets and walls. The end result was a wide open space with an oversized vanity and mirror. The inspo here came from my grandmas bath in Mexico which has a lot mortar, and flat colors throughout however the memories of visiting her had me pay homage to her and her home.

Mega open house 12/23 10-2pm on this highly coveted home in one of the best areas in all Tobin Hill, located about 5 minutes walking distance to The Pearl and hotel Emma. Check out all these custom features and ask us about potentially making this a short term rental as well!

Let’s take you to the candle house Primary suite before it was sweet. Shower was in a dark corner, cabinets took up wall space, and there were too many tight spaces it was hard to walk through. We recreated the space and added a cool flat bottom soaking tub, massive waterfall shower, and added a his and hers faucet with oversized vanity. The use of different tile on the walls really accentuated the different parts of the bath. Don’t be afraid to be creative in what’s supposed to be the most visited part of your home!

Who doesn’t LOVE a little before and after ? It’s amazing what can be accomplished with some creativity, a vision and a great team behind you. I loved the use of darker tones with contrast from the flooring and accenting with geometric tile in the center. So much fun to see it come to life! Who’s ready to get a home makeover?! To continue the bathroom series we are showcasing here the after and before shot of the junior suite we designed with your child in mind. Sea foam green honeycomb zellige tile with pink glass penny tile flooring. This was a lot of fun to do considering it went from a tiny bath to a full size one. You saw the videos, now here are the pictures taken by Rick Garza of my latest project “Paradise by the Pearl” San Antonio’s newest Airbnb located 5 minutes walking distance from The Pearl!
Everything was thoughtfully selected with the idea in mind that I DIDNT want this to feel like house, more like a big Hotel Suite. It’s cozy and enough entertainment space for anyone trying to have only the best of times. My favorite part? The kitchen island and the MASSIVE primary suite.
