🔥Grilling up some seafood to Celebrate National Seafood Month with a sizzle and a bang, with Lola’s Spices Cajun blend! 🦐🌶️

Introducing Lola’s Spices Cajun BBQ Shrimp - a flavor-packed, no-wimpy recipe you won’t be able to resist. Here’s how to create this culinary masterpiece:

🍤 Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Lola’s Spices Cajun
- 1 lb Shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Beer (We used Shiner Cheer!)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toss shrimp with 3/4 Tbsp. Lola’s Spices Cajun Blend, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and 1 tsp olive oil. Set this flavor explosion aside.

2️⃣ Fire up the grill and place a cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Saute onions, bell peppers, EVOO, and garlic for about 5 mins until the onions are soft.

3️⃣ Now, bring the shrimp mixture to the grill pan with those sauteed veggies, add butter, and give it a good toss.

4️⃣ For that extra grill magic, place individual shrimp on a lava stone or flat top, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 tsp of Lola’s Spices Cajun blend, and flip them after 2 mins. Cook until they curl and are no longer opaque.

5️⃣ Finally, reunite the shrimp with the vegetable mixture in the pan. Remove it from the heat, cover it, and get ready to serve up some Cajun bliss!

Lola's Spices Southwest Po***ck and Pico De Gallo

1 lb Po***ck
1/2 Tb Lola's Spices Southwest Blend
1 tsp Olive oil *extra virgin

Spray or coat Po***ck with EVOO on both sides and sprinkle liberally with Lola’s Spices Southwest blend. In a medium pan over medium heat add Olive oil, and Cod and cook for about 3 mins, flip, and continue to cook for an additional 2 mins or until cooked through at the recommended temperature of 145 F.

Serving Suggestion: Pico de Gallo

2 Cups Tomatoes *diced
1 Lime juiced
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper *chopped
1/2 cup Purple Onion
1/2 cup Cilantro *freshly chopped, *reserve 1TB for garnish
1 Jalapeno *chopped finely, seeds removed for less heat
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt *to taste

In a medium-sized bowl combine all ingredients and stir, add salt to taste, and refrigerate for 30 mins or longer.

Lola's Spices Caribbean Fish Tacos

1 lb Fresh Cod
1 Tbsp. Lola's Spices Caribbean Blend
1 tsp Olive oil *extra virgin
1 Package shredded cabbage
1 Package corn or flour tortillas * I used corn
Spray or coat Cod with EVOO on both sides and sprinkle liberally with Lola’s Spices Caribbean blend. In a medium pan over medium heat add Olive oil, and Cod and cook for about 3 mins, flip, and continue to cook for an additional 2 mins or until cooked through at the recommended temperature of 145 F.

Serving Suggestion: Pineapple Pico de Gallo
2 Cups Pineapple *fresh, diced
1 Lime juiced
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper *chopped
1/2 cup Purple Onion
1/2 cup Cilantro *freshly chopped, *reserve 1TB for garnish

1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt *to taste

Lola’s Spices Cajun Oven Roasted Halibut with Broccolini

1 Lb Halibut *6 to 9 oz portions
2 tsp Lola’s Spices Cajun Blend
2 tsp Olive Oil
8 oz. Broccolini
1/4 cup chopped onion
*pinch of salt and pepper- *for broccolini
1 lemon - *optional zest for garnish

Preheat oven 375°F, on a sheet pan spray or brush Halibut with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Lola’s Spices Cajun blend on both sides. Add Broccolini adjacent to Halibut drizzle with EVOO add a pinch of salt and pepper- add zest of lemon for an extra kick of citrus. Cook together for about 10 to 12 minutes. *Its is recommended to cook halibut to an internal temperature of 125° F. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
