🔥Grilling up some seafood to Celebrate National Seafood Month with a sizzle and a bang, with Lola’s Spices Cajun blend! 🦐🌶️
Introducing Lola’s Spices Cajun BBQ Shrimp - a flavor-packed, no-wimpy recipe you won’t be able to resist. Here’s how to create this culinary masterpiece:
🍤 Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Lola’s Spices Cajun
- 1 lb Shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Beer (We used Shiner Cheer!)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toss shrimp with 3/4 Tbsp. Lola’s Spices Cajun Blend, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and 1 tsp olive oil. Set this flavor explosion aside.
2️⃣ Fire up the grill and place a cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Saute onions, bell peppers, EVOO, and garlic for about 5 mins until the onions are soft.
3️⃣ Now, bring the shrimp mixture to the grill pan with those sauteed veggies, add butter, and give it a good toss.
4️⃣ For that extra grill magic, place individual shrimp on a lava stone or flat top, sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 tsp of Lola’s Spices Cajun blend, and flip them after 2 mins. Cook until they curl and are no longer opaque.
5️⃣ Finally, reunite the shrimp with the vegetable mixture in the pan. Remove it from the heat, cover it, and get ready to serve up some Cajun bliss!
