Taking extra space and converting it to living space can be a challenge, but is so worth it for extra room for visitors and for possible rental income. This junior ADU converted from under house storage space next to a garage has a full kitchen bedroom and bathroom and is just under 500 ft.² which helps avoid school fees!

Did you know we do a lot of kitchen and bathroom renovations? This kitchen in Point Loma had an awkward layout and needed a refresh. The layout was turned and windows were added to give it a more functional, open feel. The living room was connected to the kitchen and a new pantry and larger bathroom for after paddle showers was created.

Dot Cafe in Carmel Valley is now complete! This project took over a previous coffee shop and split the space in two to create a cafe and a children's food atelier workshop for the nearby Dot to Dot Preschool.
