● 1 lb ground beef
● 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
● 1/4 cup chopped green onions
● 1/4 cup grated carrot
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
● 2 tablespoons soy sauce
● 2 tablespoons brown sugar
● 1 tablespoon sesame oil
● 1 egg, beaten
● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
● 1/2 teaspoon salt


📝 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, grated carrot, and minced garlic.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, beaten egg, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
4️⃣ Pour the sauce mixture into the meat mixture and mix until just combined.

● 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
● 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
● 4 sub rolls
● 8 slices cheddar cheese
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

● 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
● 1/2 cup onions, diced
● 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
● 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

📋 Ingredients

● 8 oz cream cheese, softened
● 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
● 2 green onions, finely chopped
● 1 tsp garlic powder
● 1 tsp soy sauce
● 1 package wonton wrappers
● Oil for frying
● Sweet chili sauce for serving


📝 Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center.
