Wishing Romayssa an incredible birthday weekend and celebrating her 5-year anniversary at Cusp Interiors!

Romayssa has been part of Cusp from the early days of the firm, and it’s hard to imagine our studio without her. She brings so much talent, dedication, and care to her work, but it’s her kindness and warmth that make the biggest impression. She has built such meaningful relationships with our clients, collaborators, and vendors, and brings the same thoughtfulness to every interaction.

It’s been so special to watch her grow, both personally and professionally, over these five years. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she brings to Cusp Interiors.

Somewhere between what was and what will be.

Hi! 👋🏽 It’s been one of those seasons where we’ve been doing more creating than posting. Between being heads down on some exciting projects and life moving a little faster than usual this summer, this little corner of the internet has been a bit quieter.

So I’m picking back up with a room that still makes me smile. 😊

Pattern layered over pattern. Geometry against florals. Tailored pieces alongside playful details. Individually, each element has a distinct voice. Together, they create something that feels balanced rather than busy.

Now, back to summer… and filling my camera roll over my Instagram grid. ✌🏽

Every memorable home has an idea.

Not a color palette. Not a style. An idea.

Early in the design process, our client shared a rainbow Missoni carpet by STARK that they loved. Rather than asking where it belonged, we let it become the conceptual spark for the entire home.

The stair runner became more than a runner. It established a design language rooted in color, pattern, and personality that echoes from room to room without ever feeling repetitive.

Every unexpected moment that followed - from the entry to the breakfast nook to the bar - can be traced back to that first conversation.

Design feels most cohesive not when everything matches, but when everything answers the same idea.

And that’s the difference between a collection of beautiful rooms and a home with a point of view.
