Layers of tender pasta sheets, a deeply savory meat sauce, and an ultra-creamy spinach ricotta filling, all capped off with a bubbly, golden brown cheese crust. Every slice gives you that perfect, gooey cheese pull that turns dinner into an event.

✨ Ingredients:

12 lasagna sheets, cooked al dente

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

The Green Cream: 15 oz ricotta cheese, 1 egg (beaten), 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for layering and topping)

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

✨ Instructions:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground meat. Drain excess fat, stir in the marinara sauce, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, beaten egg, chopped spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, mixing until completely smooth.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the lasagna in a 9x13-inch baking dish: spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom, lay down 3–4 pasta sheets, spread a layer of the spinach-ricotta mixture, and sprinkle with mozzarella. Repeat these layers until all components are used.

Finish with a generous top layer of mozzarella and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly, golden brown, and stretching perfectly. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
