Easy and Fun Halloween activity for kids 🎃🧪

We make these Halloween potions every year and River STILL gets excited every time they start bubbling. 😂. I love an activity that looks impressive but requires little effort from me.

All you need is:
🧪 Baking soda
🧪 Vinegar
🎨 Food coloring
🎃 Cups, cauldrons or whatever Halloween containers you have
🥳 drop of soap for extra bubbles
Add baking soda, let them choose their colors, pour in the vinegar and let the potion making begin! 🫧

Super easy, a little messy, and they’ll probably ask to do it again over and over . 😂

Day in my life as a working mom + small content creator 🤍

Morning with Riv, school drop-off, working from home… then switching into creator mode for a UGC travel meeting and a creator event with my bestie.

And this is your sign to POST THE CONTENT. 😂 You don’t need a huge following to start getting invited to fun events, meeting other creators, working with brands and getting some pretty cool opportunities along the way.

And A few everyday favorites that made an appearance: , still made it home in time for bedtime. 🤍

Looking for a fun hotel or staycation? Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley is it! 🌴✨

I had such a fun girls’ night here with my bestie Michelle | Pretty Collected for their Night Swim! The pool was perfectly heated, there was a DJ playing all the jams, and they were serving the cutest drinks with popsicles🍹

Tomorrow is the last Night Swim of the season, but there’s plenty of reason to come back. Treehouse is such a fun place to hang out, Valley Goat has amazing food and drinks, or take a staycation!

Monster yogurt bark 👻💚 is an easy and Halloween snack to make with kids (and adults!)

I blend yogurt, spinach and a little honey, spread it onto a lined baking sheet, then use fruit to make the monster faces. Mandarin oranges make the cutest monster mouths — and obviously, candy googly eyes are required. 😂

Freeze, break into pieces and you’ve got a fun Halloween treat that sneaks in some fruit and spinach too.

I’ve realized that when life gets busy, the things that are just for me are usually the first things I push aside.

Between work, content creation, being a mom to River, everyday life, and keeping a pretty full social calendar (because I feel like need for my only child 😂), we’re always doing something.

But lately I’ve been making more room for me too. I started hula and Tahitian again, I’m saying yes to more creator events, and making time for just me things.

I don’t need less of everything else I love. I just needed a little more Rose back in my calendar. 🤍

I know… I kind of disappeared for a bit. 🫣🤍
The last few months reminded me to put the phone down a little more, say yes to spontaneous plans, and soak up this season with the people I love most.

Now I’m back, feeling refreshed and excited for everything that’s ahead. I have so many fun things planned for Rosie & Riv—from back-to-school and fall to recipes, family adventures, and all the little moments in between.

Thanks for sticking around while I took a little breather. 💛
