Have you been putting off organizing because you don’t know where to start? You don’t have to figure it out alone - and you don’t need to tidy up before you call us.

Here’s how your project begins:

1. Let’s talk. Meet with me, Gabi, virtually or in person. Show me your space, tell me what’s frustrating you, and share what you’d love to change. You’ll receive an estimate, then sign your contract and pay your deposit to get started.
2. We make a plan. We source organizing products and furniture, coordinate your project dates, and schedule your team.
3. We get to work. Together, we decide what stays. Our team sorts, organizes, and creates functional systems with labels so everything has a place.
4. We help you maintain it. Life gets busy! Our home management visits keep your spaces tidy and your systems working, with visits twice a month, monthly, or every other month.

Join Organizing Beyond Expectations and help us create calm, functional spaces that make a difference in our clients’ lives.

We’re looking for:

• Assistant Organizers
• Experienced Professional Organizers
• Team Leads
• Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator
• Handyman / Serviceman

We want people who take initiative, care about the client experience, and enjoy being part of a team that takes its work seriously while having fun!

📍 Applicants must live in the Sacramento or Silicon Valley area.
🗓 Work is Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability required for larger projects.
💻 The coordinator position combines remote work with on-site work at our Orangevale & Silicon Valley headquarters.

We’re hiring! 🤍 Organizing Beyond Expectations is growing, and we’re looking for people who take pride in their work and love making a difference.

Our open roles:

• Assistant Organizers
Bring natural organizing ability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We provide training!

• Professional Organizers
Bring previous professional organizing experience or proven organizing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a meticulous approach. Be ready to contribute independently with minimal training while learning OBE’s standards.

• Team Leads
Guide our organizing teams, communicate with clients, coordinate priorities, and maintain quality throughout each project.

• Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator
Help us grow! Communicate with prospective, current, and past clients, follow up on inquiries, build referral relationships, and help turn leads into bookings. We’re looking for someone resourceful and proactive, with excellent communication and follow-through. Sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus.

Applicants must live in either the Sacramento area or the Silicon Valley area.

Our organizing and team lead roles involve hands-on, physical work and require reliable transportation to client homes.
