It's been one of those weeks—full of unexpected obstacles and non-stop energy 🥵. But now? It’s the sweet sound of quiet and the click of needles.

Trading the hustle for the harmonious rhythm of yarn and a moment of peace. My current project is the perfect companion for this Sunday evening wind-down.

Reflecting on everything accomplished, and gently easing into thoughts for the week ahead... all while enjoying a little well-deserved bubbly 🍾. Cheers to slowing down and making something beautiful!

I'm thrilled to announce a crochet workshop in person at the end of January in San Mateo, California, focusing on essential building blocks: foundation stitches.

This workshop, "Understanding Foundation Stitches," is perfect for crocheters of all levels who want to refine their technique and explore the magic of a truly solid foundation. We all know how frustrating it can be to start a project with a wonky chain, right? In this 1.5-hour class, we'll dive into the core stitches that will transform your crochet and set you up for success with any project.

Here's what you'll discover:

-Say goodbye to chain headaches: Learn how foundation stitches eliminate the struggle of counting chains and dealing with uneven tension.

New Year's Eve cast on.

Starting the new year with a few new patterns for 2025. I'm excited for all the projects I will complete this year. COMPLETE being the goal.🤣

I promise to share more on this one all and all of them.

I'm currently doing the gauge for a knit shirt with Ashford yarn from New Zealand. It's a merino wool.

I'm curious, when you travel how many projects do you take with you?

I'm currently on a road trip and I've got two projects in my bag. One is a cowl using lace weight yarn the other is a cable sweater using worsted weight yarn.

I never leave home with our projects.

Oh, I feel like starting my fall projects. And fair aisle patterns are my goal.

I can't start one fair aisle project and not start another. 😁

One is worked with two colors and the other has 6 colors.

I have a new in person fair aisle class happening in Sept.

I'll share my progress as I go.
