Very Sad situation. This family had been trying to find the company that installed their lights for them. They couldn’t find them and then heard they “went out of business”.

This is so common. Companies pop up, charge super high prices, get the money up front and then never return to get the lights off the house and down from the roof.

This company caused damages around every door and window on this house along with damaging the siding in multiple places.

Such a sad situation for this family.

Be careful who you hire. Even though it’s “just decorations” without experience and training things can get very bad.
