Do any of these things shock you?!
But also 10 out of 10 times no one has ever died after letting go of any of this stuff!
☕️ Mugs, really all glassware but especially mugs
🧴Beauty/Bathroom products, probably the most over shopped and most forgotten about item on this list
🥘 Pots and pans, ditch the nonstick, ones with missing lids and all the duplicates
🚂 Broken toys, you know your kids have enough stuff! When my kids were little when something would break, I would be excited because it meant we didn’t have to keep it anymore
🧖♀️ Towels and bedding, if I’ve said it once I’ve said 1000 times each bed only needs two sets of sheets and each human only needs two sets of towels. That’s it my friends.
📚 Books, don’t get me wrong. I love my book collection, but I only keep the hard cover books that I know that I will reread or that I love so much. I wanna give to a friend even when you’re curating a library shelf. It should still just be the good stuff let go of the torn up paperbacks the old college textbooks, and anything you know you will never read again.
🗂️ Files and office supplies. I guarantee 90% of the paperwork glittering up your counters and desk is not stuff you need to hold onto. We can find almost everything electronically these days so when you’re ditching all the old files, you probably won’t need half of your office supplies as well, just sayin
💼 🔌Every Home we do has the bag of bags and the box of cords lurking in their garage. I guess this counts as two items but you should absolutely start editing this stuff first!
🍽️ Entertaining dishes and seasonal decorations, you know you’re not throwing a ton of parties and when you do you bust out paper plates!
What else would you add to this list?
