We're hiring!

Looking for a dedicated team player, who is able to lift 70+ lbs, follows direction, and interested in a long-term position as a glazier.

$20-$30hr (Pay is based on skill and experience)

The Glazier’s duties will include:

* Installing and repairing residential, & commercial windows

* Glass and screen repairs

* Repair and replace sliding patio doors or screen doors

* Install frameless or framed shower doors & tub enclosures

* Install mirrors and screens

* Commercial glass projects

Requirements:

* Have a clean California Driver’s License (DMV printout required)

* Able to lift 70+ lbs

* Good customer service skills

* Attention to detail is a must

Benefits after 90 days:

* Dental insurance
* Health insurance
* Paid time off

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Overtime

Experience:

* Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
* Able to read a tape measure
* License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

We are continuing to update training for ourselves and our employees. In addition to the Milgard training, Ryan and Pat went to a national training in Sacramento, where they passed stringent testing. Their class was tough and only 45% of the class completed successfully! Ryan and Pat passed with flying colors! Congratulations to them! We are really proud of you.

We are pleased to announce that we will be working with North Coast Builders Exchange and North Bay Construction Corps in hosting an intern for 2 weeks in June. NBCC students have been learning about the many construction trades in our area. Its an exciting time for these young tradespeople, and we look forward to working with them.
We feel honored that we were asked by NCBE to be part of this exciting program!
