This is the second apartment I’ve designed for my returning clients — and a great example of how the exact same layout can feel completely different.

This space was created for a different lifestyle and different needs, so we completely reimagined the color palette and overall atmosphere. The interior features a totally different color direction, with deeper, richer tones and bold contrasting accents throughout.

Sometimes the most challenging projects are not the ones built from scratch, but the ones where an existing space needs to be completely reimagined.

This living room is exactly that kind of transformation.
Not a new development, tight deadlines, and several elements from the previous interior had to remain. Yet despite these limitations, we managed to completely change the feeling of the space — turning it into something cohesive, calm, and truly luxurious.

A warm monochrome palette, soft textures, a built-in fireplace, subtle lighting lines, and a sophisticated partition composition created the atmosphere of a refined modern interior without visual noise.

For this project, the goal was not simply to “renovate” the apartment, but to create the feeling of an entirely new lifestyle within the existing architecture.

Иногда самый сложный проект — не тот, где всё создаётся с нуля, а тот, где нужно полностью переосмыслить уже существующее пространство.

Эта гостиная — пример именно такой трансформации.
Не новостройка, ограниченные сроки, часть элементов из прошлого интерьера нужно было сохранить. Но несмотря на это, нам удалось полностью изменить ощущение пространства: сделать его цельным, спокойным и по-настоящему luxury.

Тёплая монохромная палитра, мягкие текстуры, встроенный камин, световые линии и сложная композиция с перегородкой создали атмосферу дорогого современного интерьера без визуального шума

How thoughtful space planning transforms a bedroom!
Originally, this was just a large room with multiple windows —
with no clear zoning or living scenario.

We divided the space into two parts, preserving the light and airy feel, and as a result created:
— a functional space for everyday living
— a cozy bedroom with a soft, calm atmosphere
— a full walk-in closet with a window (yes, with natural light 🤍)

Как продуманная перепланировка меняет спальню.

Изначально это была просто большая комната с несколькими окнами — без четкого зонирования и сценария жизни.

Мы разделили пространство на две части, сохранив свет и ощущение воздуха, и в результате:
— функциональное пространство для жизни
— уютная спальня с мягкой, спокойной атмосферой
— полноценная гардеробная с окном (да, с естественным светом)
