What is the difference between Stage to Sell (Home Staging) or Stage to Live (Interior Decorating)?

Mainly, the target audience: buyers vs homeowners. Because of this, the logistical & thought processes differ but the undercurrent for both forms of staging share this: Create spaces that evoke emotions that fill one's cup with happy, calm, pride, gratitude, organization, you name it.

Just Stage it.

Don’t forget tomorrow starts the new Facebook rule where they can use your photos. Don't forget Deadline today!!! It can be used in court cases in litigation against you. Everything you've ever posted becomes public from today Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. It costs nothing for a simple copy and paste, better safe than sorry. Channel 13 News talked about the change in Facebook's privacy policy. NOTE: Facebook is now a public entity. All members must post a note like this. Their new algorithm chooses the same few people - about 25 - who will read your posts. Therefore,
Hold your finger down anywhere in this post and "copy" will pop up. Click "copy". Then go your page, start a new post and put your finger anywhere in the blank field. "Paste" will pop up and click paste
This will bypass the system.

Staging is not just about selling homes. That is just one kind. To me, Staging to Live, is often about making the most of what I already have in order to breathe new life into the same old, same old. Reconfiguring your furniture, wall art or home decor works wonders! Sometimes you just need a new set of eyes to mix it up a bit.
