What’s that? Oh… it’s just me & my freeze-dried chicken noodle soup 🥰🥰

I recently started doubling dinner every night so I always have extra to freeze dry for later. And let me tell you—it has been a GAME changer.

When I’m ready to eat, all I have to do is add hot water or broth, and I’ve got a wholesome, homemade meal in 10–15 minutes TOPS! 😝

Not to mention, these freeze-dried leftovers can last 25 years when stored properly… like, what?! 🤯

I did it!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I pressure canned my very first batch of food! 🎉

I’ve wanted to learn how to can for years, but if I’m being honest, fear always held me back. Not this year, though. At the beginning of the year, I asked God to teach me how to can safely. So I did my part—I read the books, watched the videos, joined Facebook groups, asked questions, and finally bought the pressure canner.

Then I prayed, stepped out in faith… and did it. 🤎

I’m so glad I did! Every single jar sealed, and I learned something new in the process. Here’s to the journey of learning how to can food for my family. ✨
