Fun Facts
🌷Peonies can live for 100+ years. There are documented plants still blooming that were planted in the 1800s.

🌷The "ant myth" is half true. Ants are attracted to the nectar on the buds but aren't required for blooming. They do, however, help deter other pests.

🌷In the language of flowers (floriography), peonies mean prosperity, romance, good luck, and bashfulness.

🌷Peony season is heartbreakingly short. Most varieties bloom for only 7–10 days which is part of what makes them so coveted at the farm stand.
