When booking over AirBnB or VRBO, something to keep in mind...

We do not get to keep all of the money you pay.
•New York State gets 4% sales tax.
•Schenectady County gets 4% sales tax plus 5% occupancy tax.
•AirBnB takes 15.5% of everything (except taxes)
• VRBO's math is a little less obvious, but not inclduing the taxes, they keep a commission, a payment processing fees, and a guest service fee that is about 15.7% of what you have paid.

That totals between 28.5% and 28.7% of every dollar that you have paid to those companies.

We were finally able to work on the backyard today. Eleven bags of leaves, pine needles, branches, vines, walnut shells, pods, etc; plus a trailer full of branches yesterday.

16,000 wildflower seeds planted and the new dirt from the wall project seeded.

And. So. Much. More. To. Do!!!

This house is HUGE!! Furnishing her is taking some time, but she will be warm and comfortable.
