Rotisserie corn on the cob on my Green Mountain Grill, Seattle Mariner hot dogs. Corn was treated with Mayonnaise and Valley Fever. What you don't see is ketchup on the hot dog. I mean nobody, nobody puts ketchup on a hotdog.

Butterflied pork loin seasoned with BBQ Pit Boys Kansas City Rub with a honey mustard binder. Wrapped it up and put it in the rotisserie basket with onion, jalapeños, and garlic.
Home grown salad greens and a creamy vinegarette made with Hedgehog BBQ lemon garlic rub.

Lemon garlic vinegarette recipe
Best to use a Mason jar or a shaker jar.
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tbs water
19g of Hedgehog BBQ lemon Garlic Rub
Mix and let sit for 15min
Then add
1/4 oil. Vegetable, salad, or canola oil.
1/4 real mayonnaise. Kewpie preferably
Shake or mix well.

Some country style pork ribs with grilled zucchini. We used BBQ Pit Boys Pork Privilege and finished with Snooties BBQ Wow BBQ hot BBQ sauce. Together a great blend of flavor and a kick of of heat
