☀️The end of the school year is upon us! Another year down in the books.
I remember when my kids were in elementary school, there was so much excitement around the end of the school year. Field day meant a day full of outdoor activities with a maybe a bouncy house, ice pops and more.

It was also a time to thank the wonderful teachers that spent the year teaching my kids all the subjects. One way to thank them was to give them each a small thank you gift. The homeroom teacher of course got a little something extra.

This mini odor neutralizing room and linen spray, along with our famous sachet bag air fresheners make the perfect teacher’s gift. It comes packaged in a clear bag, with some crinkle paper and a curly ribbon.

💙It’s a wax melting kinda day! There are different ways to enjoy mood lifting scents that can give you the same comforting sensation.

Some days I love the glow of a candle and other days I just want the soft fragrance filling the room. No flame, no fuss, just scent.

Today is a day for smooth transitions and happenings. I’m taking it slow today.

I only used one of my wax melting squares. There is something about watching it melt down to a pool of scented wax that is so gratifying.

This reel is for my wax melt lovers and for those who may want to try them.

A Gift Basket for a cause- We were so honored to be able to donate this Wine Themed Scented Candle Basket to for their Charity Water Foundation Project at their Food and Not Just Wine Festival a couple of weeks ago. This charity helps provide clean and safe water to one million people in Africa.

The basket contained 2- 10oz Wine inspired Scented Soy Candles, a 4oz Odor Neutralizing Room/Linen Spray, a 1oz Odor Neutralizing Room/Linen Spray, 2 Sachet Bag Air Fresheners, a journal, a wooden wine themed plaque, a custom printed wine themed canvas tote bag, all in a reusable cloth lined basket.

This basket was raffled off and the proceeds will benefit the Charity Water Project. Congratulations to the winner!🏆

❤️ Saturday I had the pleasure of attending another semi annual Women’s Empowerment Brunch hosted by Ms Liz from Giving Back to the Community here in Scranton.

I couldn’t be more thrilled to participate in such a worthy and inspiring event. The brunch was filled with a room of lovely local women supporting each other through life altering stories, fantastic food, conversation, and shopping with us small women owned businesses.

The event was full of laughter and happy cheers. This spring brunch was another great event given by our very own Ms Liz. The icing on the cake is that all the proceeds from the ticket sales and raffles go towards the upcoming backpack program for kids. Thank you Ms Liz for everything you do for our community. Thank you for all the countless hours and time you put in to your organization to help local children and families. This neighborhood is all the better because of your sacrifices. A sincere thank you!❤️🥰😍🫶🏽

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful Moms today! May your day be filled with love, laughter, and joy. I hope each and every Mom is celebrated for everything you are, everything you do, and everything you mean to your family.

You know when I was about 18 yrs old and in Cosmetology school, I had a classmate who could read palms. She looked at my palm and told me I was going to have about 8 children. We all started laughing and thought she must be mistaken. Maybe she got me confused with someone else.

Fast forward years later, I am blessed to have 3 children of my own, but I am also a bonus Mom of 5. They are all grown and have families of their own now. But I never would have imagined this in a thousand years.

I am so blessed to have the love and support of all my children. I love each and every one of them. I see them for their individuality and am beyond grateful. As an only child, having a large family can be truly rewarding. I can not thank the universe enough for filling my heart with so much joy and happiness.

🕯️Today I decided to make a another small batch of candles for a wonderful event I am participating in on Saturday.

Harvey, my hefty wax melter, was turned on, melting wax. The digital thermometer was beeping and sounding an alarm to check the wax. The orange light shining bright. The long metal thermometer brought clinking sounds to the bottom of the pot. The wax is ready.
