Anyone else in a bit of a slump? 😅 Honestly I've found that trying to prevent burnout is better then working sooo hard you hit that point. I'm still trying to find a good balance, but I'm taking advantage of the slower month to find what works for me 🥰 Anyone else have burnout tips? Cause I definitely need them! 😭

Slightly late, but April was such an amazing month it needed a highlight 💖 Rebranding my little shop & changing what I do was both an intentional & scary decision. But, I'm so thankful I did 🥰 My shop feels more me & I'm loving all the new cozy trinkets I've been making ☺️ It's been a bit since I've truly enjoyed what I've been making & to have so many of you love them too has been amazing!! I've felt at peace the change & everything feels more...aligned? right? I can't really explain it 😅 All I can say is that I'm loving this new chapter & can't wait for our next launch😁❤️

I debated for awhile as to if I wanted to share this, but I decided that I would ☺️ Not everyone's business, experience, or journey is the same. And that's okay! While I quietly miss seeing the orders coming as consistently they were during this time, not all handmade items work for wholesale. Which is also okay! So, I'll be sticking to crocheting & designing every item with more intention ❤️🤗

These are just SOME of the terms used within the crochet community ☺️ There is quite a lot, especially for different stitches & techniques. It can feel like it's own language sometimes 😂 I had no idea what any of theses terms were when I first started my business & I had been crocheting for YEARS at that point 🤭 Just goes to show that you don't have to know all the things to enjoy a hobby & it's okay if you learn things at a slower pace✨️ It's all about the journey & having fun ❤️

We hit 200 shop orders this past week!✨️🥹 This year has simply been the best for the shop & I can't thank you guys enough! 💖 I had the most orders I've EVER received in a week & the coffee mug keychain launch ended up going so well! 🫶 Every order this week blessed my heart so much! The little coffee mug & scrunchie combos were SoOoOo lovely & so much fun to pack☺️ Thank you for keeping my little cozy shop dreams alive ❤️❤️❤️

✨️Coffee Mug Keychains are here!✨️ It's officially launch day for these little cuties ☕️ These little guys have been so fun to create & I'm so excited to finally share them with the world 🥰 Each charm is hand crocheted & the hand embroidered face is simply the cutest!! Happy Saturday my friends☁️✨️ Loads of exciting things happened in the studio this week! Despite being pretty sick I managed to get most of the shop rebranded (including YouTube & some packaging), filmed/took photos, finished making the keychains for photos, started working on a free beginner crochet starter guide, & crocheted some lovely check cup sleeves🥰 On top of that! We hit 1.4k followers here, 350 subs on YouTube, AND we're 1 order away fro hitting 190 orders in the shop!!🥹❤️🙌 Thank you guys for all of your support & your orders! I show my husband all your guy's orders when they come through because they truly make me so excited🤗🫶

Our FIRST launch celebrating our reband is coming!☕️✨️ If you've been here for any length of time you probably have seen that coffee is my fav comfort drink☺️ So it simply made sense to follow the coffee theme & make these ADORABLE little coffee mug charms for our FIRST EVER keychains (aka cozy traveling buddies☁️) ngl I'm a bit nervous to start this new path, BUT I'm also incredibly excited 😅 I've had such amazing feedback on these cuties, which make my heart soo happy & gives me so much hope 🙏 🥹I hope to see you guys at launch day🤎

I didn't really plan on sharing this post, but with me slowing rebranding & starting a new chapter for cozy dahlia, it just made sense 🌿 While starting & growing this little cozy shop has been amazing, it's also been incredibly hard. Not enough people share the less glamorous side of owning a small business. So I thought I'd share a little of my business journey.

But mainly, I want to thank you all. It's been absolutely amazing to meet & connect with soo many amazing cozy friends 🥹 To create a cozy crochet community (& hopefully a cozy hobby community) & to be able to chat about all things cozy has been such a blessing for me 🤎 Thank you for being here!🫶
