Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Gruyere)
½ cup grated Parmesan
2 large eggs
½ cup milk or cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Optional: breadcrumbs or almond flour topping
Optional herbs: parsley, thyme, oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease baking dish.
Prep zucchini: Salt and blot slices for less moisture (optional but recommended).
Whisk eggs, milk, spices, salt & pepper.
Assemble: Layer zucchini, pour custard, top with cheese and Parmesan.
Bake uncovered 25–30 mins until golden and set.
Cool & garnish with herbs. Serve warm!

• 2 tablespoons paprika

• 1 teaspoon chili powder

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

For the Nacho Cheese Sauce:

• 1 cup Cheez Whiz cheese dip

• 1/2 cup whole milk

• 5 teaspoons brine from bottled sliced jalapeño peppers

• 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seasoning Blend:

◦ In a small bowl, combine paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well and set aside.

2. Cook the Fries:

Instructions
1. Prep Your Ingredients
Strawberries: Rinse, hull, and cut in half (leave them a little rustic looking for that natural touch).

- 2 cups Brussels Sprouts

- 4 cups Water

- 1 tbsp Morton Kosher Salt

- 1/3 tsp Turmeric

- 1 Cup White Vinegar

- 1 Cup Water (for brine)

- 1 tbsp Celery Seed

- 1 tbsp Mustard Seed

- 2/3 Cup White Sugar

Directions:

1. Start by prepping your Brussels sprouts: trim those tough stems, peel away any outer leaves, and slice them in half.

2. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil and cook the halved sprouts for about 4 minutes. You want them vibrant green and just tender. Drain and set aside.

3. Next, pack those beautiful halved sprouts into a mason jar, making sure to leave some space for the brine.

4. In a separate pot, combine the turmeric, white vinegar, 1 cup of water, celery seed, mustard seed, and white sugar. Bring this lovely mix to a boil to create your brine.

5. Carefully ladle the hot brine over the packed Brussels sprouts in the jar, ensuring they're fully covered.

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa (your favorite kind)
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Optional toppings: sliced green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch or 2-quart baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
