Making your own yogurt is very satisfying and did you know that you can control the texture and the sourness? This is not about that yogurt (though it’s really hard to get past how amazing it tastes) but the whey that you collect when you strain the yogurt.
Adding it to bread is my favorite way to use up the whey. What’s yours??!
