Orange Dreamsicle Cheesecake 🍊

Ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Orange food coloring (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Step 2: Make Filling
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream. Add orange food coloring if desired.

Step 3: Bake

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Directions:

Step 1: Sautéing the Beef
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2: Caramelizing Onions

Directions:

Step 1: Sear the Steak

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate Beef

Directions:
