Oven Baked Pork Chops
6-8 Pork Chops (I used boneless)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Paprika, regular or smoked
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Thyme (optional)
2 tsp. Ranch Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Lay pork chops in prepared baking dish
3. Drizzle pork chops with olive oil. Rub oil onto both sides.
4. In a bowl, mix all spices together.
5. Sprinkle spice mixture onto each pork chop and rub in.2 Tbsp.
6. Turn pork chops over and do the other side.
7. Bake in oven, uncovered, until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Mine baked for 45-55 minutes.
