Well… this is a hard one to write 🤍
For 7 years, Wildflower Designs has been such a huge part of my life. What started as me making things because I loved to create somehow turned into seven years of signs, shirts, gifts, late nights, vendor events, paint-covered hands, last-minute orders, and more trips to Lowes than I would ever care to admit. 😂
But more than anything, it brought YOU into my life.
You’ve trusted me to create pieces for your homes, your weddings, your babies, your businesses, your families, and so many special moments in between. Some of you have been ordering from me since the very beginning, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words what that has meant to me.
But lately, life has been pulling me in a different direction.
The Dirty Bee started as this little idea that I thought would be fun… and apparently she had other plans. What started as a drink trailer has grown into something bigger than I ever expected, and right now, that’s where my time, energy, and creativity are going. I’m not entirely sure where this next chapter is going to take me, but I’m already so excited to see what it becomes.
If you’re a calendar person, MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR RILEY FEST. If you’ve ever said, “I’ll get one next time,” this is officially your next time. Come shop, come visit, come reminisce with me, and maybe help make sure I don’t have to bring everything back home!
Riley Festival
October 1-4, Greenfield, IN
And because apparently we’re really making this official…
The beloved Wildflower boutique trailer is FOR SALE. 🥹
Yes, that trailer. The one that has traveled to countless events, held more signs and shirts than should probably legally fit inside a trailer, and most importantly, has the hand-painted Dolly Parton door. If you know me, you know that door alone makes this one hurt a little. Okay… a lot. 💔
I hope whoever ends up with her loves her as much as I have and gives her another adventure. And I fully expect her to be treated with the respect she deserves.
This isn’t really a goodbye.
What I do know is that for seven years, you supported something I created from the ground up. You bought from me, shared my posts, told your friends about me, showed up at events, came back year after year, and allowed me to make a living doing something I loved.
That’s something I’ll never forget.
So here’s to one last Fall event together 🤍
Come find me at Riley Fest for our final Wildflower Designs event.
And if you’d like to follow along with whatever this crazy next chapter brings, make sure you’re following The Dirty Bee Mobile Sip Shop on Facebook and Instagram . I’d love to have my Wildflower family come along for the ride.
After that… you’ll know where to find me.
I’ll be in a drink trailer or maybe a bus, somewhere, probably covered in cold foam instead of sawdust!
Thank you for an incredible seven years. Truly.
Wildflower Designs will ALWAYS be a piece of me 🌼
