✨ Leaves A Burn — Year in Review ✨
A Year of Precision, Grain, and Growth
As this year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate how far Leaves A Burn has come. What began as wood, fire, and an idea continued to evolve into a body of work rooted in intention, craftsmanship, and quiet wonder.
🔥 Craft in Focus
This year marked a clear refinement of our creative direction. We leaned fully into intarsia, pyrography, and layered wood art, allowing each piece to honor the natural grain, texture, and story within the material itself. Every cut, burn, and curve was done by hand — guided not by perfection, but by patience.
Rather than producing for volume, we focused on meaningful, limited works that invite closer inspection and a deeper connection.
🛍️ Markets, Makers & Community
We wrapped up a full season of vendor markets and events across North Carolina, connecting face-to-face with collectors, fellow makers, and curious passersby. These moments — conversations, questions, shared stories — continue to shape the heart of Leaves A Burn.
As 2025 closes, registrations for 2026 events began opening, and we’re already looking ahead with excitement. Keep an eye on the Events Calendar on our website for upcoming shows.
🌲 Growth Beyond the Bench
This year wasn’t just about what we made — it was about how we made it.
If there’s something you’d love to see — a subject, scale, or idea — we invite you to reach out. Your curiosity helps shape what comes next.
Thank you for supporting handmade work, slow craft, and art made with purpose.
Here’s to another year of precision, grain, and quiet wonder 🌲🔥
