We’re spending time learning from kitchen operators across the country, designing layouts that prioritize safety and efficiency, and building systems that support both people and sustainability.

We’re being intentional now, so this space can serve many businesses and the community for years to come.

By partnering with churches and community organizations, we’re reimagining how underused kitchens can serve more people, supporting local businesses while strengthening the institutions at the heart of our neighborhoods.

This kitchen is designed for flexibility, because no two food businesses look the same.

We offer hourly access to a licensed commercial kitchen, storage for members who need consistency, and classes and events that support both skill-building and community.

Whether you need a few hours a week or a place to grow over time, this kitchen meets you where you are, and grows with you.

We’ve heard it over and over again: starting a food business is expensive, confusing, and often isolating. Access to licensed kitchen space can be one of the biggest barriers, especially in the early stages.

This kitchen exists to change that. By sharing space, resources, and knowledge, we can lower costs, reduce risk, and help more food ideas turn into viable businesses.

Good food builds community. We believe access shouldn’t stand in the way.
