ing since I was about 9 years old. I made my own clothes through my high school years. My family was always one to have many hobbies. Sewing has always been one of my favorite hobbies. I am retired and sewing for you keeps this retiree busy and out of trouble. I love what I do and aim to woo you with the wonderful things that I create and sell in my store here on Facebook. Come visit some amazing vendors at Burley House in Weston this weekend. Betty's Handmade Crafts is one of the vendors. Come shop indoors in a charming, rustic past to***co barn. Open Saturday from 10-6 and Sunday from 10-4. Burley House is located at the far end, top of the hill on the main drag in Weston, MO.

I genuinely wish I remembered where I first came across this recipe because it has become one of my absolute favorites. 😄🍞I saved it ages ago from an old cookbook and finally decided to give it a proper try — and oh my goodness. WOW.This is a classic old school sourdough bread starter recipe straight from a vintage cookbook and it is absolutely beautiful in its simplicity. The kind of recipe that has clearly been passed down and shared between friends and neighbors for decades. 🙌The loaf came out so soft, fluffy, and perfect — my very picky family gave it instant approval which honestly says everything. We used it for sandwiches and the result was unreal. The kind of bread that makes you want another slice immediately. 😍Definitely one of those recipes going straight into permanent rotation.So whoever originally wrote this recipe and put it in that cookbook all those years ago — thank you, bread friend.
