A few weeks ago we shared that Griff Woodworks is building out a new shop โ€” and that bigger items were coming. The response was amazing, and we loved hearing how many of you are excited about what's next.

So let us show you one of the things we've been dreaming about โ€” and by dreaming, we mean ๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘‘๐‘ฆ ๐‘š๐‘Ž๐‘˜๐‘–๐‘›๐‘”.

That's our own backyard in the photo. Scott built those chairs โ€” and yes, the garage was completely emptied to make it happen. Every last holiday decoration, the lawnmower, all of it. Out on the driveway. In Washington. ๐Ÿ˜„

The new shop means we can take on pieces like this without the full garage evacuation โ€” and start taking custom orders for chairs of your own.

If you've ever wondered why we mostly make smaller pieces โ€” cutting boards, toaster boards, wine holders, and the like โ€” here's your answer: the old shop ran out of space!

We're expanding our workspace so Griff Woodworks can take on the bigger projects we've always wanted to do. Think custom tables, Adirondack chairs, and more statement pieces that bring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest into your home.

We hope to be taking orders on larger custom items by fall โ€” and trust us, it'll be worth the wait.

In the meantime, we'll keep creating the smaller pieces you love, and we've got some fun new things in the works too. ๐Ÿ‘€
