The last couple of weeks have been steady with family, soccer, and projects.

First, I got to build 4 projects and donated them to CH Friend for a raffle they were holding. 2 Christmas Trees, a Wall pieces with the cross, and a hand made clock.

My oldest daughter got married this past weekend. She had asked me to build her a couple of projects. Could never tell her no. So she sent me the 2 projects. Then I got to build these 2 pieces my style. She wanted a large frame with a board backing so she could post the sitting arrangement. Next was a set up so people at the reception could take pictures making it look like a polaroid. 

I believe everything was a hit. So now onto the next ones.

A lot going on around here lately. I’ve had to make the decision to not attend the Harvest Festival this year. Hopefully next year will be different. BUT if you want something special built then please let me know.

I was blessed to have the opportunity to build two special benches these past couple of weeks. One is another Buddy Bench for an Elementary School and then a very special bench for Donna Lopez from the Mecklinburg area. Her son Kyler took his life several years ago. Since then, Mrs. Lopez speaks out about the struggles with Mental Health and Su***de prevention. Those that know me well, know I struggle daily from this.
So my second bench to her was a special bench dedicated to her son Kyler. She puts on a 3v3 soccer tournament every year in her son’s name. This year my team and I presented both benches to her, her husband and her sister prior to the kickoff of the tournament.

It’s been a while. Busy busy busy with life. Came up with a couple more projects.

I had the privilege of designing a one-of-a-kind plaque to be given to the local middle school boys' basketball coach. The HCMS Boys' Basketball team had an amazing season this past winter and won the championship. When I was asked, oh boy! That means my imagination gets to go wild. Each project I get to do, I try to push myself to do something more—something I haven't tried before. This time, I built, stained, and burned the frame. Then, instead of using glass, I poured epoxy over my engraving. I get so excited building these projects.

I apologize for being so distant this last little bit. Had to finish up soccer seasons. I did complete some awards for the Middle School Boys & Girls 8th graders and the Coaches for both Teams, 2 children’s grades for my niece, the Plaque for Thanking the Travel Team Coach, Plaques for the Boys JV & V Coaches and finally a sign my wife wanted at the end of our driveway. Hopefully the FedEx and Walmart delivery drivers can read this since they can’t read the numbers on the mailbox. (unreal).

Something new I got to design. My daughter came to me and asked if I could make a family tree. Never done one, but always looking for something new to do.

My mind races constantly. You never know what's next, but it has its perks sometimes.
Our neighbor lost her best friend 2 years ago out of the blue. Kip was a cowboy through and through. He would do anything for anybody. He had that kind of a heart.
The other day I caught a thought and idea. And this is what I came up with to give to my neighbor.

I haven’t really had much access to my garage with all this weather. I move the 4wheeler with the plow on it to the garage when it snows. Easier to get too.
But I still have my work area in the house. Really been piddling around. Here are a few things ive done this week as well as working on my imaging on my crafts.

Another special little project completed. Was asked to come up with something to show NB, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years old pictures.
You give me an idea. Then my brain goes wild thinking of the perfect project.
