Easy Sandwich Wrap Recipes 🌯
Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. These wraps come together quickly and use simple ingredients.
Big Mac Wrap
Serves: 4
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
For the Wraps
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup sliced dill pickles
4 slices cheddar or American cheese
4 large flour tortillas
For the Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp vinegar
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch paprika
Instructions
Brown the beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Warm the tortillas.
Spread sauce onto each tortilla.
Add lettuce, cheese, beef, onions, and pickles.
Roll tightly and toast in a skillet until golden if desired.
Tip: A few extra pickle slices add a nice crunch.
Chicken Caesar Wraps
Serves: 4
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 flour tortillas
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Optional cherry tomatoes
Optional croutons
Optional bacon bits
Instructions
Combine chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
Lay tortillas flat and add romaine lettuce.
Spoon chicken mixture over the lettuce.
Add any optional toppings.
Roll tightly and serve.
Tip: Add the croutons just before serving to keep them crisp.
Greek Beef Wraps with Creamy Feta Dill Sauce
Serves: 4
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
For the Beef
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
For the Wraps
4 large wraps or pita breads
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup sliced cucumber
For the Feta Dill Sauce
½ cup crumbled feta
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Cook beef in olive oil until browned.
Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients until creamy.
Warm the wraps.
Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and beef.
Spoon over the feta dill sauce.
Roll and serve.
Tip: The sauce can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Serves: 4
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 flour tortillas
1 cup spinach leaves
½ cup diced tomatoes
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic, and seasonings.
Spread filling onto the center of each tortilla.
Add spinach and tomatoes.
Roll tightly.
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet.
Cook wraps for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and warm.
Tip: The filling stays creamy and makes a great next-day lunch.
