About ClassicK

Classic Kontracting located in Spokane, WA is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Jordan and Tricia Sykes. Their passion for design, building, problem solving, as well as their enjoyment of working together as a team prompted the start up of Classic Kontracting. As a start-up company our experience comes from previous jobs, backgrounds, being humble and always ready to learn. Jordan grew up in the Spokane area working alongside his father who has been a General Contractor for 35+ years. After moving away from Spokane to marry his wife, he began a 9 year career in building custom tow trucks as a shop lead, service manager and overall “handyman” in the company he worked for. During his 9 years he became very well versed in Lean Manufacturing and it has become a part of his DNA in how to run a business and complete projects in the most efficient manner possible. LEAN is a HUGE part of what Classic Kontracting is all about. We will strive to provide our clients with a project that is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Tricia earned her BA degree in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from the University of Idaho in 2006. Proceeding graduation she worked as an Architectural Designer for a custom log home company in Meridian, Idaho. There she worked with her clients from design phase to construction of their homes, as well as with the lead architect, sales staff, manufacturing staff and builders to implement the clients dream home. Over the last 10 years through different opportunities outside of the Construction and Design fields, Tricia has developed office management skills and worked closely with State Management officials in solving issues to meet the needs of individuals.

Together Jordan and Tricia have successfully remodeled two of their own homes and turned substantial profits on both of them. More recently have worked together to design and build custom furniture and home decor that was sold in a Local shop in Idaho. They are ready to utilize their unique skill sets to help clients with any of their Design and Construction needs.
