Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Pat the salmon dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
3. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and garlic, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
5. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the glaze over the fillets for 1–2 minutes, until fully coated and cooked through.
6. Garnish with the fresh parsley and dill.
7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Serving Suggestions: Pair with roasted asparagus, green beans, mashed potatoes, rice, quinoa, or a fresh Mediterranean salad for a balanced and flavorful meal.
