CHAKRA BALANCING MINI TEACHINGS: DAY 1
Your foundation begins with the first two chakras of your energy system, the Root Chakra and the Sacral Chakra. These chakras create the base that supports everything else. When they are balanced, you tend to feel safe, grounded, emotionally stable, and able to enjoy life. When they're out of balance, it can feel as though everything above them is affected.
β€οΈ Root Chakra (Muladhara) β Red
Location: Base of the spine
The Root Chakra is your foundation. It is connected to your basic survival needs and your sense of safety, security, and stability. It governs your connection to the physical world, including your home, finances, family, physical health, and your ability to feel grounded.
When this chakra is balanced, you should feel
- Safe and secure

𧑠Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) β Orange
Location: About two inches below the navel
The Sacral Chakra is the center of emotions, creativity, passion, pleasure, intimacy, and self-expression. It governs how we experience joy, relationships, sensuality, and our ability to create. Whether that's art, music, ideas, or simply enjoying life.

- Creative and inspired

β οΈ Signs it may be overactive include;

β¨ Remember that Chakra work is a spiritual and wellness practice rather than a scientifically established medical treatment. Many people find these practices meaningful for self-reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth, but they are not a substitute for medical or mental health care when it's needed.
Together, the Root and Sacral Chakras create the foundation of your energetic system. Before focusing on intuition, communication, or spiritual growth, it's important to first feel safe in your body and connected to your emotions. A strong foundation allows the rest of your energy centers to flourish.
