Lawrence Group’s healthcare team recently completed the renovation and expansion of the Health St. Joseph Cancer Center in Lake Saint Louis, MO, bringing together thoughtful planning, architecture and interior design to support both the patient experience and the delivery of care.

Our team worked closely with SSM Health to increase treatment capacity, improve functionality and create a more welcoming, patient-centered environment. The expanded center includes new exam rooms, additional clinical support spaces and semi-private infusion bays with calming views of the adjacent lake.

With expanded treatment and support spaces, the renovated Cancer Center is equipped to meet the growing demand for oncology services in St. Charles County while helping more patients access comprehensive cancer care close to home.

Hollywood River Studios is officially underway in Wood River, Illinois 🎬

Lawrence Group is proud to be part of the project team bringing this new film and television production campus to the Metro East. The development recently celebrated its groundbreaking alongside Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, state and local leaders, project partners and members of the community.

Planned across approximately 110 acres, Hollywood River Studios will bring six soundstages and supporting production spaces to the region, creating new infrastructure for film, television and streaming productions while supporting jobs and economic activity throughout the greater St. Louis region.

Congratulations to Hollywood River Studios and the entire project team on this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing the vision take shape!
