I had the pleasure of being part of this unbelievable rehab house in Cottleville for the coolest people a contractor could ask for.
This house will be a site to see when completed.

Steam shower extravaganza!! Heated Floors, linear drain and Wedi V***r 85 for the win!! No other brands even compare!

This Master Bathroom was fun! This family has become a favorite at TD Flooring and Showers. I've done just about every bathroom on both sides of the family.
Back in 2020 I did Mark and Carol Haugen Master and oddly enough it's the exact same layout, two completely different homes in different cities. Tear out proved comical, essentially the shower was held together by hopes, dreams and mold. Never use drywall in a shower or mastic of any kind.
Turned out sweet! Waiting on glass, vanites and custom storage benches.

I was recommended to fix a leaking shower pan in a beautiful Innsbrook Home. The home is going up for sale in the 7 digits and wouldn't pass inspection, the shower has been leaking for years apparently. I had to replace all the subfloor and reframe with mass build up. Drain not centered so Go Board for the win!!
