eddy was honored to receive two Favorite Building Awards from the City of Kirkwood, MO (Government) for 4Hands Brewery and Proper Brands' flagship location! Proper, transformed from an old tire shop on Manchester Rd, and 4Hands, in the former Down by the Station space in downtown Kirkwood, both showcase our team's ability to breathe new life into existing buildings and reimagine beloved local landmarks.

We're grateful to the City of Kirkwood Landmarks Commission for the recognition and proud to see the positive impact both spaces have had on the Kirkwood community. Congratulations to all of the owners and architects recognized this year! 🌟

Cara leads with authenticity, confidence, and grace, never forgetting to dream big and have fun along the way. She always stands up for her family, friends, teammates, and clients, and we are so fortunate to have her as our president and founder. Congratulations on a well-deserved recognition 💛
