The kitchen is the perfect place for everyone to gather... We know most of you are awesome cooks and some are MASTERS of your own kitchens! Now we are not CHEFS, we have never been to any culinary schools but our cooking experience comes from both our families, watching a learning for many years! My husband and I both grew up in Brooklyn, NY, with large American/Italian households. Food was a big

part of our lives, from our grandparents to our parents to us. So when I tell you we know our food, please believe we know our food! Now my husband and I compete over who is going to cook dinner (most of the time, lol I love when he cooks, what women wouldn't and it's great food), but when whoever is cooking the other doesn't know what to do with their time, it's rather funny because we have to chase each other away! lol Too many cooks spoil the pot! Well, I hope you enjoy our style, some recipes are copycat recipes but with some added touches and some are our own original recipes. Hope you enjoy being in our kitchen from time to time!
