I started cooking when I was 7 years old, and ever since then, the kitchen has been my comfort zone.
I can cook and remake whatever you have in your fridge or harvest from your garden—and turn it into a good dish.
I create my own recipes, adjust flavors based on my guests’ taste buds, and always ask what they like, dislike, or if they have any allergies.

I learned to make leche flan when I was in my 2nd year of college at SLU. Our English teacher—who was pregnant at the time—asked us to present the recipe of one of our favorite desserts. I chose this classic, and it turned out to be a hit. 💛
Funny how a simple class requirement became a memory (and a skill) I still carry today.
