Casey's Custom Tile was established in 2013 when I (Casey Jarvis ‐ Owner) dared to dream bigger and took a leap of faith to go from employee to owning my own small business. In short, I would describe myself as a humble, God fearing, family man with a passion for true craftmanship and helping people. I bring with me over 15 years of experience and knowledge in my trade. Along with a small crew of experienced installers whom I have trained. As a team, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and quality work. Our passion for true craftmanship and attention to detail is what separates us from your average installers. We work with a variety of material vendors to optimize options on styles, selections, and locations to shop. This allows customers to speak directly with experienced sales and design specialist. While also providing peace of mind through simplicity and money saving opportunities. Even though, we're based out of Sullivan, Mo., we do work as far as from St. Louis to Rolla and surrounding areas, including all areas in-between. Our most important goal will always be customer satisfaction. We accomplish that goal by listening and communicating to the needs of our customers throughout the project and setting our end goal of having another happy and satisfied customer and friend.

Believe it or not, there are a lot of things homeowners hesitate to ask because they don't want to sound difficult or like they don't know what they're talking about.

But that's exactly why you hire someone with experience.

💬 “Can you explain why you're recommending that?”
You deserve to understand the decisions being made about your home.

💬 “What happens if something unexpected comes up?”
Not every project goes exactly according to plan. It's okay to ask how those situations are handled.

💬 “Is there a better option for my budget?”
You don't have to know every material or product available. Sometimes there are alternatives worth discussing.

💬 “How long will this actually take?”
Understanding the timeline helps you plan and know what to expect.

💬 “Can I ask you something that might sound stupid?”
Yes. Always. 😂

After 20+ years in this trade, I can tell you that asking questions is a GOOD thing.

You shouldn't have to understand everything about tile or flooring to feel confident about the person you're hiring. That's part of what we're here for. 🙌

You might be surprised by the answer: it’s not just homeowners.

I work with homeowners, custom home builders, interior designers, and contractors throughout the St. Louis area and surrounding communities.

Sometimes that means helping a homeowner figure out what will work best in their space. Other times, it means stepping into a custom build and working alongside the builder and designer to execute a plan that’s already been carefully thought out.

“What exactly is included in your installation process?”

When you’re comparing quotes, it’s easy to look at the number at the bottom and assume you’re comparing the same thing.

You may not be.

Ask about prep. Ask about waterproofing when applicable. Ask how layout is planned. Ask what materials are being used. Ask how unexpected issues are handled.

And don’t be afraid to ask why something is being done a certain way.

A good installer should be able to walk you through their process and help you understand what you’re paying for.

You’re not just hiring someone to put tile on the wall or floor. You’re trusting them with everything that goes into making sure it stays there. 👏
