Facebook is a great tool when it works, unfortunately my page isn’t working like it should. My personal account got hacked months ago and I have very limited access to my business page. My page has zero person as the admin. This leaves me with the only option to start a new page. Same name with new pictures.

I have tried EVERYTHING to resolve this. This page will disappear soon and I’ll lose all followers, pictures and history.

I hope that I can retain most if not all of my followers. Please find my new page on Facebook and like 👍🏻 and follow 😃 I will post new pictures and design inspiration for you to enjoy.

Wondering where I have been lately? Social media is a crazy, time sucking tool and truth be told I’d rather be helping all my wonderful clients with their homes than designing catchy posts, stories and reels. It’s exhausting trying to get seen in the world of social media and maybe I’m a little over it. After a break I’ve decided I will post WHEN I have something to say without getting caught up in how many likes I get.

If you like seeing my posts and you feel like giving me a ❤️ or 👍🏻
that would be great. If you are also trying to fight through the clutter to get your small business seen you can count on my support. I’ll like and/or comment just to help you because I believe your dreams matter too!

I love doing this design job and I feel lucky that I’ve met so many interesting people along the way. I hope to continue chugging along so please keep me in mind for any home updates you may be thinking about. I’d love the opportunity to help you!

What a please to design a professional salon for Jennifer J Shinderman and her team at Flourish Beauty Studio. I wanted to infuse as much of her vibrate personality as possible so I literally moved walls and transformed the blank box by adding color, texture and life. The project included repurposing some items and making creative cost savings choices while always staying true to the flourishing vision.

In her comments to the Chamber of Commerce, Jenni said creating a space where clients can feel seen, heard and loved is her goal. She is so much more than a hairdresser as she wants to touch each person and find a way to bring positive energy to their life and it starts with her clients feeling good in their own skin. Thank you Jenni, this was so more than just a design job ❤️

I have to confess, I love a conversation room! This was an unused living room and now it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening bourbon. Swivel chairs allow you to see the view and your guests.

The homeowner did add a TV but at least it’s small and mounted correctly. With tv installed it’s best to deal with a professional that can hide the wires and make it all neat and clean. Call me, I know the best guy for the job!

This might just be my favorite before and after! A dining room converted to a light and airy work space. Focal wallpaper set the tone for lots of neutral textures and simple, clean pieces. Check the before pictures!

People ask all the time, what’s my style and even though I work hard to not make my designs all about me this room is 100% my style!

Dark and dated dining room goes modern with black and white! The homeowner wanted wallpaper but the walls have an orange peel texture so instead I wallpapered custom made frames with a high contrast paper. It frames the windows and actually makes the room feel bigger. Still looking for a round rug to complete the look.

A little peak at my latest design work at Flourish Beauty Studio. The space required new floors, paint, wallpaper and furniture. I also created a shampoo room, spa room as well as style stations, retail display and so much more! It was so much fun incorporating function, flow and style that reflected the personality Jennifer J Shinderman and Heather.

Contrast is always my secret weapon and I love using black. It brings life to a room even if it’s only black hardware on white cabinets. Things don’t always need to be so black and white, contrast can come in other shades like navy and light blue or Forest green with white. Balance the dark accent you choose with lots of white or lighter shades. Think about all the things nature shows with contrast 🦓 that are just beautiful!

This family room is coming along.
I particularly love the sense of calm with a sophisticated feel. That’s what happens when contrast and texture are married 💍
