Stone cladding and dark accents gave way to clean white siding. The house is the same size, but now it reads lighter, fresher and much more modern. Sometimes all it takes is changing the color and material of the facade — and the house feels like it's been born again.

Renovation and construction always cost money and time. And the most expensive mistake is realizing something's wrong after everything is done. A render costs far less than redoing a wall, replacing tile or relaying a floor. So we start with a picture — and only when everything feels right, we move forward.

A plain ranch with beige walls and a shingled roof — and the same house after: a flat roof with an exposed overhang, dark stone cladding across the entire end wall, a columned porch and clean white surfaces. The difference is striking.

Two rooms, almost identical layout — but different tile in the shower zone changes the whole mood. One light and calm, the other dark wood texture with more edge. The top-down view shows how the space is actually organized when a standard angle doesn't tell the full story.
