🥹I try to stay positive most of the time but this is why I don't watch the news anymore. The struggle of being an empath and fighting the way this news makes me feel is rough.

🙏 I'm grateful we are safe her in Florida right now but my heart goes out to all these families and citizens of this region of Colombia.

I'm also grateful I don't have any family affected in those areas of Colombia. 🇨🇴

I was just visiting the area of Quindio including Armenia back in March and the beautiful historic town of Salento which was affected. So sad because this area also brings tourism to Colombia.
